Do you accept purchase orders?

What is your shipping policy?
🐝 Quick fulfilment on all orders. Orders are shipped within 1 business day. If there is an issue with your order, we will reach out by phone and/or email. Every order comes with a tracking number, with exception of International orders, where the customer selects a non-trackable shipping service.

Free shipping on orders of $150+ (Before tax)
Low cost flat rate shipping on orders:
•ON, QC = $10.95
•BC, AB, MB, SK, NB, NS, PE = $14.95
•NL, NT, NU, YT = $17.95
Canada Post carrier calculated rates also available

United States:
Free shipping on orders of $150+
$12.95 flat rate shipping on orders under $149.99

International:
International customers may select from any of the Canada Post International shipping services that are offered. Please keep in mind that not every service offers tracking, and we do recommend a service with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
No need to stress, we've got your back! If our products don't meet your expectations, you've got 60 days to send them back for a full refund. We even cover return shipping!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Discover card and Interac e-Transfer®. We also have special payment terms to accommodate approved organizations including schools, clinics and other service providers.
Where are you located?
We are located in Embrun, Ontario, Canada, about 25 minutes southeast of Ottawa. We are an E-commerce, online only company (for now), but do have future dreams and goals of opening a physical location.
