Event Details:

An event for families and caregivers of individuals with special needs. Meet Santa in an accessible and sensory friendly environment!

Date & Time: Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will choose a time slot on the ticket page.

Location: Palais des Sports, 6 Blais Street, Embrun, Ontario (2nd Floor, fully accessible with elevator access)

Cost: Free! This event is sponsored by Ability Hive using 2% of this quarter’s sales.

What Makes Our Event Special?
Our Sensory Santa event is designed with care to provide a calm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for families, especially those with sensory sensitivities.

No Crowds: Families reserve a private time slot to meet Santa.

No Loud Music or Harsh Lighting: The atmosphere is quiet and soothing.

Sensory Area Available: If anyone needs to regulate before or after meeting Santa, we’ll have a dedicated sensory space with regulation items available.

1 Ticket Per Family: Caregivers are also welcome.

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. If you arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle to help keep the space calm and quiet.

Check-In: Our greeters will meet you at the entrance and confirm your booking.
